Sedimentary systems and resources
The Sedimentary Systems and Resources working group focuses on the sedimentary dynamics of fluvial, coastal and shallow-marine systems investigating both modern environments and the geological record.
The group integrates sedimentological techniques in the field and in the laboratory with the use of UAVs and LiDAR to create digital outcrop and terrain models.
The overall goals are to enhance teaching and research in sedimentology and resource exploration.
