The University of Halle currently has approximately 20,000 students  enrolled. Halle offers excellent  conditions for studying and a city with a vibrant cultural scene.

Living in Halle

Halle (Saale)    has an approximate population of 230,000 making it  Saxony-Anhalt’s largest town in terms of residents. It lies on the banks  of the river Saale. Halle is a historically grown town. Beside is is modern, offering a mix of art, culture,  relaxation, catering, and shopping. Besides this Halle (Saale) is an important business, technology and  scientific location.
